Matter
Matter is solid, liquid, and gases. It has to take up space and have volume and mass.
Mass
Mass is the amount of matter in a substance or object. It is measured by a triple beam scale.
Volume
Volume is a measure of the amount of space that a substance or an object takes up. It is measured using a graduated cylinder.
Physical Property
A physical property is a characteristic of a substance that can be observed or measured without changing the identity of the substance or object.
Chemical Property
The two ways a chemical change can take place are: Reactivity and Flammability - The ability to react chemically with other substances. Flammability is the ability to burn or start fire.
Property
A property is a trait, characteristics, ora quality. Like shape, size, color, and measurement.
Change
A change is something that actually happened to cause that substance or object to be different. Result of action.
