What are the functions of blood

A
  1. Blood carries oxygen from your lungs to all your body cells. Carbon Dioxide diffuses from your body cells into your blood. Your blood carries carbon dioxide to your lungs to be exhaled.

  3. Blood transports nutrients and other substances to your body cells.

A

Noninfectious diseases are diseases that cannot be spread.

One cause can be inherited disease where it is inherited from your parents.

Another cause can be caused from the environment. For example lung cancer.

What happens during an allergic reaction?

A

When you come in contact with an allergen your immune system usually performs anti-bodies. Your body reacts by releasing chemicals called histamines that promote red swollen tissues. Antihistamines are medications that can be used to treat allergenic reactions.
