How do you treat scleritis?

A

Flurbiprofren 100mg TDS 2 weeks, 50 BD 2 weeks, 50mg OD
G.dex 2hrly 2 days then 6x/day then 4/3/2/1 - if bad then hrly for 2 days then 2hrly for one week
Omeprazole
Refer to uveitis

If necrotising, consider steroids
