Lung cancer screening recs
-Annual low dose chest CT for patients 50-74 with smoking history (>/= 20 pack years within the last 15 years)
- Stop screening after age 75, if patient has quit smoking for >/=15 years, or pt has other comorbidities that significantly limit lifespan
Dyslipidemia USPSTF recommendations
Screen once age 11-12, and again at age 17-19 for ALL average risk patients
Depression screening recs for kids
Annual screening for all kids age 12-18 with PHQ-2
Lead poisoning screenings recs
Targeted screening for high risk (known lead exposure, older homes) in infants aged 12-24 months but no routine screening otherwise

A – zoster is a live vaccine and should NOT be given during pregnancy, and is only indicated in patients > 50 y/o or > 19 y/o PLUS immunocompromised
B – possible association between Zoster vaccine and development of GBS
D – should receive MR=MR vaccine at this age, not Zoster
E –malignancy involving the bone marrow or lymphatics is contraindicated for Zoster vaccine administration d/t risk of developing disseminated VZV
