- 1st degree relative with CRC / Advanced adenoma
- age 40 or 10 before earliest ( which ever)
- c scope q5-10 years ( or fit 1-2y as a second line alternative)
if child pugh C, what age do you start screening ?
well there isn’t really an age , you start screening anyone who is a trnasplant candidate
hep B carrier , who do you screen for HCC
- everyone >40 ( endemic countries, fhx, hiv co infection)
- african/north american blacks >20
- hep D co infection - all age
