A

Level controlling points/FPL locked by track circuit failure
Controlled level crossing barrier locked by track circuit failure
Controlled level crossing barrier locked down due to a failed train occupying the track circuit AND the driver confirms that they will not make any further movements without authorisation

Things to be aware of when using sealed release

A

Make sure it is safe to do so
Ensure the line is clear and no movements are imminent
On level crossings: (i) make sure the signals are providing protection and the controls are set to normal, and (ii) set the auto-raise switch to Manual
