*The braking ability of the train including the gradient of the track ahead
*Defective or isolated equipment
*Extremely bad weather conditions
*Poor/restricted visibility (rain, fog, damaged windscreen, sun-glare)

*Proceed at extreme caution until the WHOLE TRAIN has passed the next fixed signal at proceed
*Submit an incident report
