A
Restricted visibility
•shall proceed at a safe speed adapt to the prevailing circumstances
•shall have her engines ready for immediate maneuver
•not insight of one another in or near restricted visibility
• if defected by radar alone vessel shall take avoiding action in ample time. Avoid turning to port or altering towards vessel forward/ abaft your beam
