- allergy/drug reaction
- parkinson’s disease
- known lewy body dementia
- previous dystonic reaction to droperidol
- pts < 8yrs

- suspected sepsis (consultation required)

  4. Clinical Consultation required?
  5. Clinician at the patients head to monitor airway and physical condition?

  7. Resuscitation equipment immediately available?
  8. All sedation team members (QPS incl) have been briefed?
