FRCP - personal service in the forum state - serving someone of suitable age & discretion who RESIDES at defendants usual abode - serving a Ds agent - by mail w/ 2 copies of waiver form & prepaid envelope w/ 30 days for D to sight 2- Law of the state where it sits 3- law of state service is effected
