-Begin in childhood, often cease by 20yrs -Impairment of consciousness, sometimes with mild clonic, tonic or atonic components. Onset/terminiation abrupt. Very transit, pt doesn’t even know occurred. Think kid blowing.

Sudden loss of consciousness. Loss of muscle strength and respiratory arrest (tonic phase) short lived. Followed by clonic phase and evenuatlly flaccid comma (post-itcal).
