A

Horizontal Plane
Slightly above eye level (eye brows)
- 2x passes equal tracking
- 2x passes lack of smooth pursuit
- 2x passes Distinct and sustain nystagmus at maximum deviation
- 2x passes onset of Nystagmus prior to 45 degrees
- 2x passes for vertical gaze nystagmus (VGN)
= 10 total passes
