A family living in poverty who are coming to terms with the powerful outside force they can’t control

Reflects their lack of money, furniture isn’t the main priority,worn reflects how they are feeling.

Constant reminder that they’re being forced to leave

The music is soft and slow in complete contrast to the solo beforehand – softer tones led by piano and gentle violin to. Shows the families comparing each other and calm down.
What does the sons solo infer?
The climate of the music to reflect that is the climax of the narrative and movement. Music changes to like with the addition of thumb sounds from his face and slamming the pump on the floor. Adds to tightening emotion that the son is experimenting.

What does the lighting indicate?
The lighting is used to create an intimate space, as if the stage was a room

– Consequently quick and frantic dynamics that incorporate childlike actions.
-for example, she runs forward– crouches and slides backwards on her bottom, this represents her nerves, panic and impatient related to the outside force. She is a child and cannot process the threat.
What is the mother’s movement content ? give an example
– Slower pace with actions that appear thoughtful, delicate and collected
– Example she does a slow plie with turned out she and an upright posture, then place in her legs on the floor however, contrasting movement – jerking as if the strength has gone out of her knees

– Dynamic and consistent, calm, stable and grounded. Lead the majority of the partner work, does a lot of lifting and initiate terms and movements with partners
