general success of devolution peace gain in NI and benefits scotland. England’s most populous nation could see rights are less considered and protected, so there should be further devolution/constitutional reform.

attempts for devolution with mayors have low turnout 2024 london mayoral elections voter turnout was 40.5%

when lords elected will be democratic, current cronyism e.g. Financier Peter Cruddas gave millions to the conservatives was appointed to house if lords
