  2. Thoracolumbar fascia to the spinous process of the lumbar vertebrae

Insertion: floor of intertubercular sulcus of humerus

Innervation: Thoracodorsal nerve (C6, C7, C8)

Function: adduction, medial rotation, and extension of the shoulder (humerus)
