SIADH causes

A

-lung cancer (metastasized)
-damaged hypothalamus or pituitary gland
-infection (PNA, meningitis, pneumonia)
-central neuro issues (stroke, GB)
-drugs (chemo, nicotine, smoking)

A

-urine retention (fluid overload)
-hyponatremia
-weight gain, JVD
-hypertension
-tachycardia
-confusion (cerebral edema)
-seizures (b/c low sodium)
-anorexia

-diuretics, watch K+ levels
