A

malignancy: small cell lung cancer, pancreas and prostate
neuro: stroke, subarachnoid, subdural, meningitis
infections: tuberculosis, pneumonia
drugs: sulfonylureas, SSRIs, tricyclics, carbamazepine, vincristine, cyclophosphamide
