What are the six basic business minimums?
Reflect Christ in your business practice, be accountable, provide a quality product at a fair price, honour your creditors, treat your employees fairly, treat your customers fairly.
How can you be accountable?
Have an accountability group that keeps you in check and gives you another opinion that is perhaps not preferable to your bias.
What does it mean to be fair to customers?
Keep word, honour your practice. Don’t do things out of selfishness or conceit, take action out of humility.
What is an example of treating employees unfairly?
Regarding them as below you if they have a lower income or lesser education. Do not show partiality.
What is an example of treating customers fairly?
What you say to them should be in their best interest. Do not try to get a sale out of them even if you know it is not best for them.
