Tai Yang Organ stage:
What are the two patterns?
- Accumulation of water + heat on BL (qi level)
- Accumulation of blood heat in LJ and BL ( xue level)
Pathology
Accumulation of Water
Impaired Bladder function of Qi transformation. Water is not transported properly leading to retention of urine, thirst, vomiting after drinking.
Even though is a floating pulse the pathogen has gotten a bit deeper causing heat!

⚡️Retention of urine
⚡️vomiting of fluids soon after drinking or Thirst that persists after drinking

Malaria, any illness that ebbs and flows.
QI LEVEL : GB/ BL heat
What are the clinical manifestations of Shao Yang Stage?
PF oscillates between Tai yang and yang Ming. There for half Int. Half ext.
⚡️Alternating chills and fever
Either aversion to cold ( tai yang) or feeling of heat ( yang Ming)
GB ch. Symptoms:
Bitter taste
Dry throat, blurred vision
Lack of appetite
Lack desire to drink
Hypochondriac fulness
Irritability, nausea, vomiting
⚡️Pulse: WIRY and thready
