What is agility?
The ability to van be position of the body quickly and control the movement of the whole body.
What is Balance?
The ability to retain the centre of mass (gravity) of the whole body above the base of support with reference to static (stationary) or dynamic.
What is coordination?
The ability to use two or more body parts together. ( at least two body parts have to be involved for coordination to be shown)
What is power?
The ability to undertake strength performances quickly.
Power = strength x speed.
What is reaction time?
The time between presentation of a stimulus and the onset of movement. For example, how quickly a tennis player reacts to a wide serve from their opponent.
What is speed?
The differential rate at which an individual is able to perform a movement or cover a distance in a period of time.
What is skill related fitness?
If you didn’t have skill related fitness you would
