What is it?

SLE: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
- Causes a huge and varied auto antibody response
- Multiorgan involvement

SYmptoms
A
- Butterfly rash on face, African American
- rash over whole body,
- vasoconstriction of fingers = white
- joint pain, arthritis, renal disease, blood disorders
- Baldness, oral ulcers

-Prevents formation of adenylic and guanylic acids from iosinic acid
