The heart becomes more efficent. The main benefits are musculo system, the cardio respiratory system and your peformance. This will increase the ability to work for long periods of time aswell as working at a moderate intensity level with oxygen

A

Anaerobic training is working at high intensity training level without oxygen witch will train your explosive fitness. In terms of the training it will increase to move in quick burts such as sprinting for the ball in football
