Made with grapes grown at an elevation of 650m on terraced vineyards on the northern volcanic slopes of Mt Etna.
Winemaking -
Fermented at a low temperature of 15/16 degrees to retain varietal character, Aged in concrete vats on fine lees for 3 months.
