A
  • Establish a stationary IC post that is uphill and upwind
  • Isolate and deny entry to the area surrounding the release for a distance of 330’
  • Account for all persons within the isolation zone
  • Control ignition sources within the isolation zone
  • Evaluate resource needs and advise Jeffcom
  • Attempt to identify the amount and type of materials released from a distance
  • Account for exposures and evacuate as necessary
  • Plan for unified command and establish a communications plan that allows for interoperability
