This is when Jesus prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane on the night before he died. he prayed to be spreaed the suffering he knew was too come nut in the end accepted God’s will out of obedience and love

A

This is when Pilate had Jesus whipped in an attemp to satisfy those who wanted Jesus to be crucified. it didnt; do any good and Pilate condemned Jesus to death.

A

This is when the soldiers mockd Jesus, twisting thorns into a crown because he had been chanrged wth caliming to be King of the Jews.

Mary and the rosary

A

Mary was present at many of these events and so the ROsasry is a way to cemebrate their relatioship. It is a fevoltion that venerates to Mary and provides CAtholics with a way to ask Mary to incercede prayers to Jesus.
