Conspiracy - General
Agreement (exp/imp) + intent to agree + intent to pursue unlawful obj. + overt act (not req’d at CL)
- Agreement: CL Bilateral vs MPC unilateral
- Wharton Rule: 2 to commit = 3 to conspire
- Protected by law = can’t solicit/conspire
Conspiracy - Liability and Withdrawal
Liability: Crime + all foreseeable crimes in furtherance
W/D: can from future crimes, not from consp.
Attempt
Intent to commit crime + Overt act in furtherance (sub. step)
Abandon: CL no; MPC if fully vol + complete renunciation of crime purpose
Larceny
take other’s prop by trespass + intent to perm deprive [at time, but for cont. trespass]
can’t have intent if you think it’s yours

fraudulent conversion of other’s property after you have possession + intent to defraud
False Pretenses
Persuade owner to convey title w/ misrep + intent to defraud
L by Trick = same, but only get possession
Robbery
take other’s prop from their presence w/ force or threat + intent to perm deprive
Burglary
b+e other’s dwelling at night + intent to commit felony therein [at time]
Forgery
make/alter a false writing w/ intent to defraud
Assault
Act resulting in reasonable apprehension of imminent battery + intent to cause such apprehension
