Italian spice mix
Italian spice mix is earthly and peppery. Italian spice mix is used to season breadcrumbs, croutons, pasta, pizza, and soups.
kala namak
kala taste salty with hints of egg. you can add kala to an egg like smell and flavour to dishes.
mace
mace is slightly sweet. mace is used in stews, egg, cheese and vegetable dishes.
marjoram
Marjoram tastes earthly and slightly sweet. marjoram is used in roasted meats, poultry, fish, seafood and egg dishes.
mint
mint tastes spicy and cool at the same time. mint is usually found in roasted lamb and beef, vegetables, sauces, relishes, jelly, salads, fruits and beverages.
mustard seeds
mustard seeds are slightly spicy and nutty. found in pickles, relishes, salad dressings, sauces, dips, egg dishes and ham.
nutmeg
nutmeg tastes sweet and nutty, used in mostly vegetables, egg dishes, beverages, breads, cookies, cakes and sauces.
onion powder
onion powder is savoury with hints of onion. onion powder is added to dishes such a as bowls to infuse a bold onion flavour.
oregano
Oregano tastes earthly and slightly bitter. used in Italian dishes, pizza and pasta.
peppercorn
peppercorn is earthly and slightly spicy. top of bowls, pasta dishes, salads, and vegetables.
pumpkin pie spice
pumpkin pie spice taste sweet and slightly warm. perfect in fall inspired recipes, such as pumpkin pie or drinks.
paprika
paprika is sweet and warm. its used in meat, poultry, salad dressings, dips, vegetables, soups and salads.
parsley
parsley is mild flavour, brings out the flavour of most non sweet foods, popular as a garnish.
poultry seasoning
poultry seasoning is like sage but milder. used in poultry, stuffings and biscuits.
rosemary
rosemary taste earthly with hints of lemon. added in roasted meats, poultry, fish, stews, casseroles, stuffings and egg dishes.
red pepper flakes
red pepper flakes taste spicy and slightly peppery . they are used to top bowls, pasta dishes, pizza and vegetables.
saffron
saffron is earthly and slightly sweet. can find in poultry, fish, seafood, rice, breads and cakes.
sage
sage is earthly and slightly bitter. used in roasted meat, poultry and fish.
sumac
sumac is tangy with hints of citrus. used in middle eastern inspired dishes such a as salads and wraps.
savoury
savoury is pleasant with a peppery aroma. used in meats, poultry and egg dishes.
sesame seeds
sesame seeds are mild and nut like. used as a garnish on bread, rolls, cookies and green salads .
tarragon
tarragon is earthly with hints of licorices. used in roasted or boiled meat and poultry.
turmeric
turmeric is peppery and bitter. used in curry dishes, pickles, relishes, salad dressings and dips.
thyme
thyme is earthly and slightly sweet. used in roasted meats, poultry and fish.
