Tonification. Other applicable techniques: Moxa.

Ren 12- Middle of the Epigastrium
Front Mu Pt of St, Hui Pt for Yang
Organs, Front Mu Pt for middle jiao.
Location: 4 cun above the centre of the umbilicus.
Tonify Stomach and Spleen - digestive problems especially from deficiency
Strengthen and calm the Spirit. Resolve Damp (anywhere).

St 36: Leg 3 Miles
Earth Pt., Horary Pt,, He-Sea Pt., Pt. of Sea of Food.
Location: Below the knee, 3 cun below ST 35, one finger-breadth lateral to the anterior crest of the tibia.
Strengthen the Stomach and Spleen (and thus clear Damp). Tonify Qi and Blood.
Raise Yang. Expel Wind, Damp and Cold. Resolve oedema.

Spring Water Pt, He-Sea Pt
Location: On the medial side of the lower leg, in a depression in the angle formed by the medial condyle of the tibia and the posterior border of the tibia.
Resolve Damp (often with Sp6). Benefit the lower jiao.

Sp 6 -Three Yin Meeting
Meeting Pt of 3 Yin Channels of the Leg
Location: On the medial side of the lower leg, 3 cun superior to the prominence of the medial malleolus, in a depression close to the medial crest of the tibia.
Resolve Damp. Benefit
urination. Stop pain. Calm the Spirit. Disharmonies of the
lower jiao.
