Plaster
creates a better mold, but it is heavier and takes longer to dry. Make sure plaster is covered by web roll before applying to ace wrap.
Fiberglass
does not mold as well to anatomical contours, but is lighter and dries quickly, use cold water, warm water will accelerate dry time.
