Mild: erythema <2cm + no systemic signs: PO cloxacillin, cefalexin, clindamycin
Moderate: erythema ≥ 2cm + no systemic signs: IV augmentin, cefazolin or ceftriaxone + metronidazole
Severe: erythema ≥2cm + systemic signs: pip-tazo, cefepime + metronidazole, meropenem, ciprofloxacin + clindamycin
