(considere el mapeo del ganglio linfático centinela [SLN])
o
Biopsia de cono con margen negativo
(preferiblemente una muestra no fragmentada con un margen negativo de al menos 3 mm)
(si los márgenes son positivos, repetir la biopsia en cono o realizar una traquelectomía) + linfadenectomía pélvica (considere el mapeo SLN)
