Corrects posture, Improves balance, makes spine agile.
Increase heights in children.
Increasing the flexibility of ankles, thighs and joints.
Improves respiration,digestion & waste relimination with regular practice.
Tone your hips and abdomen, helps to gain control over your muscular movements.

Giddiness or suffer vertigo,low blood pressure or severe headache.

BENEFITS
Strengthens: Vertebral column, Thigh, Calf, Ankle
Improves balance and stability in the legs.
Strengthens the ligaments and tendon of the feet.
Strengthens and tones the entire standing leg, up to the buttocks.
Assists the body in establishing pelvic stability.
Improves the concentration.
Vrikshasan: Tree Pose
CONTRAINDICATIONS
If you’ve got high blood pressure, practice vrikshasana in moderation by not raising hands & keping them at chest in prayer pose(Anjali Mudra).
If you suffer from insomnia or vertigo or migraine issues, then avoid doing this asana.
Pregnant women can practice vrikshasana till their second trimester but should avoid it in their last trimester.

Patient of serious spine and hips problem should not practice.
Ulcer and hernia patient should not practice.
High blood pressure patient should avoid.
Should consult your doctor before practicing Ardha Chakrasana during pregnancy.

Minor deformities in the legs are rectified.
This pose improves digestion by increasing peristaltic activity

- high or low blood pressure.
- Headache.
- Migraines.
- Insomnia.
- Cervical spondylosis.
