What are error bars used for?

To show the variability of data. They may also show the range of data or the standard deviation

It is how the data is spread out. A useful rule is that 68% of the values lie within 1 standard deviation and 95% of the values lie within 2 standard deviation

What is the t-test used for?
A
It is used to find out where there is a significant difference between the means of 2 populations
