Top sirloin
7oz or 11oz Center cut certified Angus beef, hand cut with even marbling throughout. Very flavorful with firm texture, seasoned and grilled to perfection. Served with loaded, baked potato. Include salad bar.
Hawaiian sirloin
11oz center, cut hand, cut marinated in our tropical blend soy, pineapple juice, Sherry, red wine vinegar, garlic, and sugar. Seasoned and grilled to perfection. Brushed with her Hawaiian glaze served with a loaded baked potato

6oz tall, thick and tender very little marbling. Hand cut and seasoned then grilled too perfect perfection. Served with loaded, baked potato and green beans and salad bar.
Stuffed fillet
6oz or 8oz tall, lean and tender with very little marbling. Hand cut and grilled to perfection finished with a rich Brandy peppercorn sauce. Served with a loaded, baked potato and green beans along with salad bar.
Stuffed Filet
6oz or 8oz tall, thick, lean and tender with very little marine, hand cut, seasoned then grilled to perfection, butterfly and stuffed with choice of mushrooms, sautéed and garlic butter, Gorgonzola cheese or both. Served with a loaded, baked potato and green beans along with salad bar.
KC Strip

Jimm’s Slow Roasted Prime Rib
8oz, 12oz, 16oz ($1.50 for additional 2oz) Select Rib loin, rubbed with rosemary, onion, garlic, salt and pepper seared for 15 minutes to lock in the juices, then slow roasted for four hours for ultimate tenderness. Slice to order and served with a loaded, baked potato or mashed potatoes, burgundy au jus & creamy or raw horseradish
