Q

What happens to the Pyruvates? And what is the result?

A
  1. One of the Hydrogen molecules becomes bonded to NAD, to once again becomes NADH2.
  2. A CO2 structure leaves the Pyruvates and then immediately leaves the body afterwards.
  3. Then the 2carbon molecule Acetyl is formed (C2H3O1)
