Board above your head, hands on the sides, straight arms, chin down, big kicks - 1-3 all together, 4-5 in groups (AROUND 2/3 TIMES)

Arms in torpedo the whole time (straight and behind ears), chin down, no kicks - 1-3 all together, 4-5 in groups (AROUND 2/3 TIMES)

Paddle out and I will tap you on the head and you will turn, take a big breath and turn back over - one at a time there and back (only helping them on the way back so eyes are on the class - stop other person if needed) or triangle with swimming on the way back (AROUND 1-2 TIMES)

- Play 1 normal round of simon says then stand up straight, left arm in the air, do overarm.
- Head still, straight arms, pass ear and leg, fingers together, stand straight (help this by holding wrists)

Triangle shape, start with left arm, look for arms coming out of the water, chin down (look at toes/belly button), kicks, eyes in first. If they need help with stroke do it on the way back and stop next person.

bubbles and breathing (3 min)

SCHOOL AGE
- on the lane rope left hand, left leg in front of right like a surfer
- bubbles, 2, 3 turn and breathe
- look for bubble being blown, straight arm, ear in water when breathing
- to correct use left arm and 2 fingers on right hand (wedge hold)
PRESCHOOL
- ring a rose (we all blow bubbles x3)

back kicking (6-8 min)

- ask if they use teddy bear, piano or no board
- group weaker people to go first so you can help
- froggy on the wall, chin up, tummy up, kicking, arm up on way back
Tenth step of stingray
Game time (1-5 min)

get the goggles, play red light green light, go to end and do a jump or dive for goggles (help them swim if needed)
