Long-term storage

A

The temperature for all wines should be cool and constant, between 10-15 °C
Extended periods refrigeration can cause corks to harden and lose their elasticity. Sparkling wine lose their fizz

  • light/ medium bodied white wines: 7-10°C
  • sweet wines: 6-8°C
    -sparkling wine 6-10°C
    -light bodied red wine: 13°C
  • medium full bodied red wines: 15-18°C
