A

ROM

ROM stands for read only memory. It is non volatile, meaning when a power supply is disconnected, the memory does not erase itself. As it is read only the contents cannot be altered by the user.

8 bits

There are 8 bits in a byte

The amount of memory a computer can store in its memory are measured in
bytes.

Kilobyte (Kb) = 1000b
Megabyte (Mb) = 1000 Kb
Gigabyte (Gb) = 1000Mb
Terabyte(Tb) = 1000Gb

It’s a disadvantage.

The ability to store large amounts of data on a small device make it easier for thief’s to take large amounts of data with ease.
