Achiever
Achiever is known for having a great stamina for hard work. particular motivation, drive and determination to achieve something with her time.
Activator
People with the strength of Activator are the ones who make things happen. One of their most recognizable behaviors is the ability to turn thoughts, ideas and concepts into action.
Adaptability
Adaptability is the ability to live in the present, freely and willingly able to respond to the demands and changes of the moment. When things change, people with the strength of Adaptability easily adapt and change—they are flexible. They come most alive living in the moment.
Analytical
People with the strength of Analytical ask questions to seek out sound data. They are attracted to data because they believe data is neutral. Data and information is a resource that can be searched, thought about and patterns are discovered and connections are made. But why do people with the strength of Analytical do this? Three reasons:

Arranger
a decision maker with things that are perceived, the intangibles.
The StrengthsFinder theme of Arranger perceives how things work together, the patterns and the connections, and makes decisions that involve many factors and a variety of elements. The Arranger can see how things work together, predict how elements or people will work together in the future, and then make a decision accordingly.
Belief
is one who has core values that are present and enduring. These beliefs, or values, guide decisions and influence relationships and work. Those core values provide a benchmark for what is true. The strength of Belief indicates that a person has deeply held beliefs that are true, unchanging, dependable and (usually) structured and interconnected.
Command
inspired to take charge, they are not afraid to make an impact on people where others may fear doing so. Command inspires people to express themselves and their feelings, to inspire others to act strongly for their sake and safety. People with Command have a strong desire for strong leadership – they need to have people and situations led well. This person can either be the one who wants to be leading, or alongside the leader.
Communication
people who feel they must express themselves, and this expression can take many forms – verbally, artistically, musically, through writing or composition, how one dresses, teaches or even how one tell stories. No matter what the form, Communication, whether verbal or non-verbal, is about how someone uniquely expresses who he is. It is about how she is feeling and how she is connecting to people all around her. People with the strength of Communication want to express themselves in any form, and are not afraid to create new and unique ways to do so.
Competition
wants to know how they are doing. These people actually enjoy having their performance measured, they want to know their grade, or where they place among others.
motivates people to be involved and to invite others to give them meaningful feedback. Feedback is a form of measurement. They want to know, “How am I doing?” or, “Can I do better?” They often ask these questions in the midst of doing something.
Connectedness
believe that everything happens for a reason. They have the unique ability to ‘connect the dots’ between what is happening in the here and now with deep personal meaning. They have a unique way of seeing events, people and the world, able to recognize instinctively that everything that happens is caused by something else. There is a “ripple” that connects people and events together
Consistency
have the ability to see what is fair and equitable to others. Balance is important to them, and they are very mindful of how people are being treated, whether fairly or unfairly. Although they may not verbally express what they observe, they see it and remember it. People with the strength of Consistency desire to treat all people fairly, they want to avoid injustice and may find themselves supporting and volunteering for causes that seek equal and fair treatment of people.
Context
understand original intention and underlying structures that formed history. As they learn, they build an accurate understanding of the past to reshape the way we plan for our future. They need to take time for this thorough process because it is only through the thinking, studying and deliberating on the past that the present gains meaning.
Deliberative
are very careful and vigilant in decision making. They are the type of people that sense risk first. They sense risk and are drawn to risk. They can identify, assess and reduce that risk. Because of this ability to sense risk and make quality decisions and choices. They can also leverage opportunities to take more risk with the things they believe in. Once this person has thought things through, she can set her direction and pursue it with great stamina.
Developer
see nothing but potential in others – they have a strong belief that everyone has potential and everyone can grow. Not only do they believe this, people with the strength of Developer also have the ability name the areas where you can grow, offer you a great ‘next step’, and then encourage you to grow into your potential.
Discipline
best known by how they order and plan, or how they bring plans and order to people and places. Because people can plan, organize, structure and execute, they seem to be able to achieve this with great accuracy and productivity within structured environments. like to know what is expected of them. They love accurate timelines and deadlines, They want to know where there is control and where there is not. The more familiar they are with something, the better they are.
Empathy
Sense the emotions of people around them. It’s like they have a type of emotional satellite radar – a 360º, multi-dimensional perspective of the emotional world of the people and places around them. They also have the unique ability to feel into the feelings of people around them, not only that, they can sometimes take on those feelings of others.
Focus
have a very clear and defined destination to their thinking, a specific and guiding force that gives their life direction, meaning and purpose. They set goals constantly to determine priorities and stay on course. Without a clear destination or purpose, life may lack meaning and they may lose motivation and energy to get things done.
Futuristic
have an incredible ability to see the future. They are dreamers and perceivers of what could be, what might be, and then in turn direct their lives toward this future. This ability to see and explain the future is what draws them forward and excites them to pursue great accomplishments.
Harmony
look for areas of agreement, and are particularly aware of conflict and dissonance. They can see how people can come together or find agreement even when, especially when, they are in conflict. This drives people with Harmony to seek peace, common ground and cooperation.
Ideation
They are catalytic because they can come up with creative ways to solve problems that otherwise seemed impossible. They can also get lost in their own world, so make sure you work to understand how this strength works in that person
Includer
very accepting people, they want to include people and make them feel a part of the group. To them, everything is about making the circle wider, there is always room for another chair at the table.
Individualization
see each person as one of a kind. They are intrigued by the unique qualities of each person. They tend to have a natural ability to discover uniqueness or hidden talents without the need for an assessment or other tool. They want to do what they can to draw out uniqueness. They are attentive to people’s individual style, attitudes, and interests. They notice how others think or are motivated.
Input
inquisitive and curious, always on the lookout for new and interesting information. They seem to want to know about everything, and they ask questions to propel them to learn even more. Input indicates one’s ability to not just collect information but to store it, and then to retrieve it when needed.
Intellection
A person with the strength of Intellection likes to think, they love intellectual activity. Typically they are introspective, and this thinking process is happening all up in their head. This person actually “needs” intellectual activity. And this intellectual activity is typically about many, many topics.
Stimulating ideas or outlandish thoughts keeps them focused and productive. They enjoy the continuous hum of mental activity. This activity may be narrowly focused or broad in scope. No matter the time or scope of the mental activity, the important factor to know about Intellection is that this person’s mind is always ‘on’, always thinking and pondering about something.
They need time to think.
