I grew up in the restaurant business. People used to say that if you wanted to run or own a restaurant effectively you need to work every position in one. I took that to heart and have worked every spot in a restaurant with the exception of mixing spirits.

What are your salary requirements?
My requirement is flexible and negotiable, depending on such factors as how often we will review and renegotiate, future advancement opportunity, and benefits. An acceptable range for this position, based on the description is $60-70K.
