What is the difference between a Cunsumer and a Producer
When people make goods and services they are Producers, People who use the good or service are the Consumers.
What are the 6 elements a contract must be to be valid?
Offer, Acceptance, Consideration, Intention, Capacity, and Legality.
What does caveat emptor mean and an example of it?
let the buyer beware. if its to good to be true its probably not true
What is the difference between layby and hire purchase ?
No interest is charged, unlike hire purchase agreements where there can often be interest or other charges and fees.
