Q

Hook for opening statement

A

Imagine having your eyes darting around, craving the satisfaction of being able to see with the minimal moonlight peeking out, occasionally every several steps from under the tree leaves above. As you keep running, you bump into tall cylinders of wood, posing as an obstacle every so often; reality hits you, literally. There was no way out, literally. You didn’t even know which way was which. Desperately hoping for the best, you whip out your phone from your back pocket, but ofc, despite your best efforts, it was of no help. St that moment, you’ve basically lost all hope. Your best bet? Staying put and hoping you don’t become a meal by the time you can hopefully see the light of day again.

Q

Closing statement doubts

A

It’s often thought that the funding could be redirected towards something else, that it causes pollution, and is costly. Despite that, when weighing the benefits with costs, it’s easy to tell that benefits outweigh the costs significantly that it can’t be denied.
