Describe the founding story of Islam
A
Around 1,500 years ago Islam was found in Mecca by prophet Muhammad. Muhammad was born in 570 CE and he had a tragic childhood as his father passed away before he was born. When Muhammad was 25 we married Khadijah, they had 6 children and lived a peaceful life. Mecca however was avery greedy place so Muhammad went out and prayed on the hills for the people of Mecc. He regularly prayed at Mount Gira.
