A

Caffeine
Increases FA oxidation, mobilises fat, thermogenic effect that increases basal metabolic rate, hydroxycut, increased lipolysis rate

Causes anxiety, insomnia, jitters, irritability and nausea (Tolerance can be built up.)

Efficacy -> shown to improve performance with limited dosage (Not effective long term)
