Reciting between Surahs:
to recite end of surah Bismillah and new surah in one breath no pausing

Recite Audhubillah and Bismillah in one breath, then read Surah separately

Recite between surahs:
Recite the end of previous surah and Bismillah in one breath then read next surah separately
