A

put on a public register of non compliance

  • less 3 months = 10% RV capped £50k
  • more 3 months = 20% RV capped £150k

A
  • Green leases contain a series of additional provisions that impose an obligation on the landlord and tenant to manage and reduce the environmental impact of a property by way of improvements.

  • consent to carry out works is refused by third party (tenant, LL or council)
  • Golden Rule (High cost - costs wont be recouped within 7 years)
