A
  1. Vagal manoeuvres
  2. Adenosine Rapid IV boluses 1-3s (6, 12, 18mg) / Verapamil 2nd line for contraindications
  3. Verapamil or Betablocker (contraindicates in asthma)
  4. Syn DC shock up to 3x
