Rate =
ECG strip = 14x6 =84bpm
6sec strip = 10x10 = 100bpm

Rhythm
R-R: regular
P wave: sinus
P –> QRS: AV association
QRS: wide

Short PR interval, delta wave (goes through bundle of kent), wide QRS complex, ST segment depression and T wave inversion = WPW-A

ABCD (cannot give or will induce reentrant tachycardia –> VT/VF)
Adenosine, B blocker, Calcium blocker, digoxin

Can give procainamide and amiodarone
