Ear - preauricular appendages, microtia/anotia, aural atresia, ossicular malformation or absence, abnormal VII/stapedius/SCCs/oval window

Eye - epibulbar dermoid or coloboma or upper eyelid

Vertebral - fusion or absence of cervicals

Microsomia of hemiface (mandible, orbit, muscles, vertebrae)
