c0-c1 hyperextended =forward head carriage
lower c/s and upper t/s posturally stressed
rotation and abduction of scap
altered access of glenoid fossa (stabilized by up trap, lev scap, supraspin)
refered pain to chest, shoulders, arms
tmj problems and facial pain (forward thrust of head = opening of mouth and retraction of mandible & incrased activity of jaw adductors and protractor muscles)

inappropriate breathing function
evolution of fibrotic changes and trPts
